New tyre size and spare
At the moment we have on our l322 Pirelli Scorpion Verde 255x60R18. Pretty nice tyre, but feels a bit soft when towing a heavy caravan - 2.6t. Thinking of LT that seems only available from Cooper and Bridgestone but 265x60R18, just a bit bigger in diameter. If i decide on one of these, can you advise on keeping the spare as the original size or go for the 5.
Any suggestion is appreciated.

I just went through this. I was surprised at the difference in actual size. I changed from 255/55/19 & 255/60/18(spare) to cooper AT3 265/60/18. The actual size difference was much more.
I also have cooper HT 265/60/18 as a spare and there was a noticeable size difference even though the HTs had only worn about 2mm max.

After much research I have decided to stay with the original size 255/60R18. I will get the pirelli Scorpion ATR XL. I had them before on a Discovery 2 and had a good run. Thanks!
