Not long changed the engine oil and filter and filter socket you gave me made it easy also checked the breather thing for piece of mind and it`s all nice and clean looking in there .

Replaced the air filter ( mahle $17.24 ) though it barely needed it , probably could have blown it out but i`ve come across a place in the UK that sells service stuff at about a quarter or less of what things cost here , not for every thing but alot , like mahle oil filter for 3.39 UK around $5.50 AU same thing here is around $25 AU and bearmach stuff is less again and even with the cost of air it works for me .

Not holding my tongue the right way to reset the service thing but i`ll get there . I think it`s just a matter of following the instructions properly which i`m not but it`s not a concern .

    Cheers
I always took a couple of goes to reset the service counter too.

I always changed he fuel filter every second service so around 20,000KM which is way inside the service intervals.

Has it been treating you well overall? I haven't seen any posts saying otherwise. I miss it to tell you the truth but I'm glad is getting used rather than sitting forlornly in the Driveway like it was here.

Hasn`t been doing anything it shouldn`t as yet .

It surely is being used but it is very easy to and i guess a bit over 10,000 km and why the need of an oil change .

The only thing it`s done is eat the fan belt and it likes to get dirty and i`m not used to washing vehicles , i usually give them a bath at least once a year but this colour requires more washes only because it looks better that way .

When we got it home there were alot of comments on its looks and some from people that i wouldn`t have though would even notice .

I had to tell people how old it was and they were surprised as they though it was of a recent age .

It also attracts women , the other day we had to take or daughter and grandson to a nearby town for a check up for the grandson .

I was sitting out side the medical clinic in the car waiting and i watched a lady come out of the doors searching in her bag , she walked up to the car and opened the passenger door , i said hello and she looked up with a horrific look on her face and shut the door . She then reopened the door and said , i thought you were my husband with a smile this time .

Turned out they have an L322 a similar colour which was parked about 3 bays across the other side of a van . I can understand her mistake because they are few and far between around here .
