    TD6 to TDV8..wow

I decided to trade up from my 2004 TD6 to a 2010 TDV8.. didn't think the Rangie could get much better, but I can't get the smile off my face, Ive had the 04 for 9 years and loved it as it was a very reliable vehicle, but what a different beast the V8 is. I was looking ideally for the 4.4 and had driven a few but am very happy with the 3.6V8, plenty of power, sounds great and the interior is way more comfortable, and a good trade in for the old vehicle.(No idea why the photo is sideways??)

I wonder that too and my conclusion is that on IPhone the aspect ratio is portrait ( if you hold the phone upright) while the forum software expects landscape so converts everything to landscape.
I recently had to try and fit an Iphone image onto a A4 page with others and could not do it easily, except in the end by saving it and then cropping it in the Win 10 picture editor to more like a landscape aspect or more correctly to remove the top and bottom of the image.

    Nice. I went from a turboed Perentie to a MY08 L322 tdv8. That was also a contrast.

Consider cleaning the MAPs and induction cleaner, and disabling the EGRs with a remap or emulators. It helps to keep your airways clean.

Loving my TD6 MY05 Even with it's auto problems.

Small question & not trying to be rude but do you have a big bum, as I have. Have been told that the seat base is narrower.
My TD6 is the most comfortable car I have ever driven . Have driven non stop from Adelaide to home address some 550 kms. Got out and still as fresh as. Just a little worried if they have narrowed the seat base

The seats in the V8 are even more comfortable than the TD6, and I thought the TD6 were the most comfortable Ive ever sat in, and no, a big butt is one thing Im not known for!!I had a major service done on it yesterday, and the only issues are that the driveline oils were overdue for changing and the gearbox hasn't had the oil pan upgrade to allow changing of oil, other than that it got an excellent report.

No , wasn’t inferring that you had a big butt. Just that l do. Had been told seat was narrower . Looked at buying a Hyundai Terrican many moons ago. Before RR. Seat base was way too narrow

I remember how impressed I was by Traxide's L322 TD6 - felt like a rocketship after my numerous Tdis and V8 petrol LSE....

    Id love a TDV8...
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".
