The wiring schematic shows that the CD changer has only battery power, earth, MOST in and MOST out connections. You will need a MOST lead long enough to go to the nearest MOST device (possibly the audio unit) so that its MOST out lead can be fitted to the CD changer MOST out but the power and nearby earth stud in all likelihood exist in all MY10-12 L322s.

I assume that you are not asking about the RSE DVD changer that is located in the left rear.

Edit: I will look into it further tomorrow as the battery power wire from the CJB is shown as 15m long!

The MOST schematic shows that a cable travels 1.25m from the audio head unit to the monitor then 1.25m to the CD changer, which seems a long way but nothing like the shown 15m length of the power cable. Wiring schematics are rarely incorrect but I have to think that the CD changer power cable length is incorrect. The CD changer is shown at the very end of the information system components after the RSE components, which appears to have been added as an after-thought, especially as a slightly different schematic doesn't show any MOST connections to the CD changer.

The power cable is from passenger compartment fuse 69 (5A) (if you can believe the schematic!) so could easily be sourced using your own wiring with a piggy-back fuse.
