    Hi DarrenW,

I used a guy in Gisborne - not close enough to you.

He only charged me $200 for my RRC.

I saved a lot on labour because I removed (and re-fitted) the headlining myself.

If you can remove and re-fit you will save a fair bit on labour...

    Cheers,

    Haven’t got it done yet.
Was hoping for a drive in drive out option.

How did you transport it when it was out ?
Ive got the manual so I’ll read up on the removal process.
Whats the name of the place in Williamstown ?
    Regards Darren

I had prices around $1000 to do the lot for my ex D1 so decided to give it a miss. On top of the possible 3.9 V8 engine quotes of "about" $10,000 I couldn't justify it.

    DarrenW:
I seem to be missing the guys card but will get one tomorrow and advise.
As he was very close I basically removed all fittings then drove car to him with it partly resting on my skull then removed last fixtures at his works.
I cannot recall the figure but very cheap I thought
Hard to get matching cream that I needed but what he used is ever so close and not noticeable.More tomorrow unless I hear that you do not need.

    Automotive Trimmer

The place where I got my L322 headlining replaced is:
    VCS Motor Trimming & Upholstery
    47 Macaulay St.
    North Williamstown 3016
    Phone: 0414 957 819

They did a great job and I recall being pleased with pricing.
I removed and replaced the head lining panel which does take a bit of time.
They would no doubt remove for you but that would be a significant cost adder.
