Just thought I would add something to this thread.... I recently had cause to try and have a go at the headlights on our old Volvo.... they were getting yellowed etc from being out in the sun a lot, and I was worried they mght not get through rego inspection. Anyway, years ago (maybe 10 or so) in a carpark demo, somebody showed me a product called FW1. It made a difference to the car headlights I had at the time in the demo, but I didnt buy any then, because the demo had done the job.
I finally decided to buy some - minimum from the web site is 3 cans for about $90 , or you can find people on ebay selling single cans for about $40. (so it only took about 10 years for their car-park demo to pay off)
As you can see in the photos, it did make some difference. However, the lights in this case were not only oxidized/hazy but also pitted. My opinion is that as long as their is no pitting, this product will get rid of the yellow haze.
