I don't have any personal experience, but I have seen people fit Cooper Zeon LTZs, but I'm not sure if the size is right.

I fitted Falken WildPeak AT’s. 275/55/R20. The first time I’ve used Falkens, more than happy with their performance on the South Australian tracks and crossing the Simpson. They are reasonably quiet.
The wheel carrier is my own design. It is tow bar mounted and it drops down when rear access is required.
That’s brilliant, just hope you don’t press tailgate open button by accident 🥴. You look well setup, RRS is excellent in the desert. Accompanied one a few years ago and it ate it up, made everything look easy and most economical on the trip. We did Hay River track. How do you carry water and extra fuel?
I’m thinking of getting the TyreTrek for this reason - it swings away, carries two jerry cans too (of course you can’t tow with it .....)!
Tyre Trek, 4WD, Rear Bar, Tyre Carrier, Jerry Can Holder, Tow Bar Mounted Tyre Carrier, Swing Away Mounted Tyre Carrier, 4WD Accessories, Australian Made
I made a swing-away RWC for my L322 but I didn't want it to also carry jerrycans due to how far back it would have needed to be as well as the extra weight that far behind, instead carrying a jerrycan inside.

CVDs + 4.4TDV8 + 8-speed was a magical combination on Googs.
