Land Rover have always had interiors that were a great place to be and decidedly British. This looks like a Chrysler Jeep design team snuck into Solihull as a joke and got away with it. Cheers

Lets move on shall we, the interior of the defender is a pretty big deal, lets get back to what we think of what could very well be a dumbed down version of the new fender interior.

    For me,
3 seats, 8 seats total or just 6?
    No electronics at low level.
Prob not hose out but, pretty close to it.
    Rugged yet modern.
Colour, hmm not sure. Ill wait to see what the finished product looks like.
Heads up display hole in dash.
    Dual ac dials, not screen
Padels on front or steering wheel controls?
    Dual power outlets
We don’t think I called you any name....I am observation that you’re being a pain in the arse to the volunteers that keep the place running.

Agreed, JLR getting hit by perfect storm, but they seem to be making all the right calls, huge cost cuts, D5 out of slovakia and defender rumored also. Good news is US sales up, but china way down.

As said before probs too big to fail, will get bailed out in multiple countries if need be.

Actually what i did before you kept complaining was pretty normal, post a new pic of defender.
Seriously mate you are blowing this way out of proporsion more than anyone, get over it. Dont call people names, yes you did, i don't care but its against the rules of this site and would waste the time of the vols that you care so much about if i reported it.

Planet I dont like Jeep steering wheels and dashes. And yes...I have driven Deefers from County onwards and they all appealed more than those spy shots.

One reason stated that they didn’t continue the ‘old shape’ was to be able to meet Euro compliance....
To paraphrase Boris.... ‘F business, we are British... an FTA with the Empire will see us prosper.... the Defer will be driving our prosperity, built by cheap labour in Slovakia, they just can’t come and live here. Cheap labour comes here takes our jobs and collect unemployment benefits ... I will happily drive British car made on the continent ‘

Copyright is held by the original author unless officially signed away in writing by the original author. Just because an image is in the public realm doesn’t mean it’s free to take. It may be in the public realm illegally. This is exactly why copyright laws exist - to prevent theft or unauthorised us of an authors work / image. Mods did the right thing taking the image down as a precaution IMO.

Fair enough, I would take that dash over a pre puma fenda any day of the week.

You cant even spread your legs past 50cm.

RRC dashs on other hand, very practicle. Soft dash even better.

    I like puma dash

As for being jeep like, hmmm cant see that.

    Jeep dash, thats ugly!

Being honest though, what do you think about the practicality of the features or lack thereof mentioned.

The pic below is a jeep dash, not fender

That already been mentioned above, and there's no way JLR are going to get involved in actually suing a Landrover forum imo.
3 people posted it on 3 different threads that i know of. And just about every reporter in the auto reporting industry, its a non issue.
Every mule spy shot ever not released by JLR should not be posted then, as they are all copyrightWon’t be retro.... Lets move on guys really its a non issue.
