Yes they used ip67 connectors. A windscreen can be sealed properly if enough adhesive is used.

I’m sure they went with IP67 or better connectors
BUT did they go with a known performer market leader like Deustch
OR did they go all we can do better and come up with a proprietary connector that when it breaks in 2030 is un-obtainium without buying an entire JLR wiring harness?
One of the few solid things about the tdci defender is as it was under FORDMOCO ownership things like the fuel connectors are boring as bat-**** Ford EFI connectors that can be found nearly anywhere???
Has anyone got the low down on how the fly-by-wire brakes actually work? Is it fly-by-wire to a hydraulic power pack / ABS module or is it direct electrical activation of the calipers? Does the D5 have fly-by-wire brakes?
Has anyone seen what they have done for an EPB ?

Yes it's American, but the bloke interviewed has been to see it in the flesh, and explains many things not apparent elsewhere.
Don.
Plenty of things i like... but a BIG boot size was essential for me.
To tell the truth, i was hoping for more than the Disco's 1200 L (measuring with 5 seats up - i need 5 seats)
I am reading the 110 gets 646 L when 2nd row seats are up, which is half of the Disco's 1200L...
It does say 1075 L loaded to the roof, but who would load their car to the roof when going offroad?
I like its look much better than the SUV-shape of the Disco 5, but boot is too small
Will have to pray for a boxy Disco 6![]()
