    As Slunnie said,great honest review.
In fact all their vids have been good.

He mentions it's still under warranty a couple of times, which sort of hints they don't have full confidence in the vehicle and may sell it once the warranty runs out.

Surely the Weights and Measures Act applies!

The Standard of Weights and Measures Act, 1976 was enacted to establish standards of weights and measures, to regulate inter-state trade or commerce in weights, measures and other goods which are sold or distributed by weight, measure or number, and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

Christian on YouTube LR Time talks about the three phases of failure. The new Defender is still in the shake-down phase. Hopefully, the five-year warranty will pick up the fundamental problems. The test then will be how effective the regular maintenance phase will be before the last wearing-out phase rears its ugly head.

It's in a couple of their T/SDV6 overhaul videos.
Known as the 'bathtub' failure curve which is a common technology mode. they posit that the increasing failure rate starts at the age gets over about 180k km i.e. crankshaft failures
