    Land Rover shutting out GAP access

    The read only and clear faults function is for me the only reason I bought one. It would be silly of LR to lock this out. I wouldn't touch the CCF manipulation with a barge pole!

    Exactly. No evidence posted to support this claim that I could see.

    Good point. GAP say they now support over 200 vehicles.

    It is hardly the same as saying LR have shut out GAP IID acccess.

    I thought the EU law was quite strict on allowing the public to have access to car software like that after a period of time ?? but maybe they can stop it in the UK as such by blocking access. be interesting to see if true whether it was allowed in work in EU countries
