Thread: Gas pressure for injected LPG

There is no 'right" pressure, there's no spray pattern involved, all that matters is that the lpg software can cope with all required flow rates within the injectors' parameters. Start with 1.4 bar, see how you go. That's what I set an injection system to today.

Didn't you get any instructions with the kit?

I got very good installation instructions, but no tuning manual.
I've requested one from the supplier.

I've been reading manuals from various other suppliers and although very similar, the differences can be quite confusing.

My system seems to have a gas pressure of 1.8 to 2.0+ so I think I need to investigate it properly.

It goes well but uses a lot of gas, more than the vapour system Bee Utey sent me for my old GEMS Rangie.

I couldn't use more gas., as it is controlled to open the injector when needed, same as a petrol injector. May be you've got a leak some where?
