Any good oil of the appropriate grade will be fine.
If you run on gas most of the time you will find your oil stays clean for longer.

IMHO yes use the oil you are currently using if you are happy with it, HOWEVER there are many on here that know oils a lot better than me. And there might be gas oils on the market.
A car that runs on gas is generally cleaner than a petrol one so your oil won't get as dirty. I had a friend that had a tried L300 that tended to blow a little blue smoke, however after 12 months of running on gas, smoke had stopped and compression had lifted. We put it down to the engine running cleaner. Mind you we didn't strip the engine to check. To much of a bugger to get out.

I ran penrite Diesel light in mine regardless,as BigJon said it does stay cleaner. Pat
I use Penrite HPR Gas on my 4.6, I did run HPR Gas 10 for a short time but wasn't sure that my oil pressures were any better when hot so went back to the HPR Gas, which is stocked more places.
(I was running Penrite oils before the conversion.)
You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

I run Penrite HPR Gas 20w-60 as well.
Seems OK
Cheers
An oil that has 'suitable for LPG use' in it's applications would be the best.
These generally are formulated to resist nitration better than most oils.
While yes, the oil stays cleaner with LPG, nitration can be a real issue, I've seen some test results from here in Oz on two turbo diesel vehicles with LPG injection and the oil was toast (excessive nitration) before a regular 10,000km oil change, and this was using a premium synthetic diesel oil.
Have been using penrite hpr10 gas in my lpg 81rrc oil fairly clean at 5000km change intervals. Not really sure of the actual cause but I recently changed from hpr10 gas in our lpg falcon to gtx3 which they say is suitable for lpg. The oil ended up much blacker looking at change time using the gtx3.
