i have heard that rrfsv's have a higher ratio 4th? is this true but whack one of them in the box if so as i find 4th at 110 abit hard.
anyway feel free to throw some comments down and ask questions aswell..

yeh 110 even a little quicker would be good as I travel up and down the coast quite abit.. Transfer case is better.. Should be an easier job then gearbox, anyone know what sort of cruising speed they get?

This will be a great looking truck when it's done, what colour will it be?
On the gearing, you won't do any better than what you have now without a mountain of work; basically fitting a 5 speed. As said before, all LT95 main gearbox ratios are the same only the transfer case high range ratio changes. The ratio you have - 0.996:1 - is the tallest there is. RFSVs are a shorter ratio, i.e. they rev higher at 110km/h (if they can even make it there - not sure). There aren't taller diff ratios available either.
Your one easy option is larger diameter tyres, but the change to RPM at 110km/h will be slight.
All this said, I have no issue driving my 4-speed Perentie at 110km/h - which I have done in the 13 hour Sydney to Sunshine Coast haul a couple of times.
attached is how it'll get painted, should be sweet once it's done. wont be too many like it around.
