I have just removed my pintle hook and had a 3.5t tow bar manufactured to the rear end of the 6x6. Had it made to the right height for my twin axle trailer. Loaded it up and took it for a spin, 90Km easy on the flat, drop down to 65Km on the biggest of hills, might have to play with the turbo/intercooler but otherwise happy with the set up.

Originally wanted to drop down from pintles 4 bolts but the engineer who was signing cert was having no more than 100mm drop.

Does not intrude inside the rear pull out tray area, which i want as a draw space. (anybody know where a spare original draw is please tell me, next project!)
