Really appreciate the intell. Being in WA, SA is my best scenario.

Are you after a 4x4 or 6x6?

4x4 FFR or GS but am angling for a deployed or from WA.

All I can say, is if you are after a 6x6 then you better bid on either lots 3 or 4. They are brand new. Not like new - brand new. They even smell like new cars. One has done 90Kms and the other has done less than 200Kms. They look fabulous. I've got some photos on my phone, which I'll upload some time soon.

If you are after a 4x4, then:
- Lots 8 & 9 (both fitted with a winch) are the best looking GS's. Matching seats. Reasonable canopies.
- Lot 15 & 16 are the best FFR's. Brand new batteries in both. Good tyres.
- Lot 11 has a rather large oil leak from the front of the engine.

I have often wondered if they have a stock of new 4x4's stashed somewhere for that "what if" situation. I know they bought ( & sold off first) some TD5's to fill the shortfall, but all that means to me is they refuse to release these vehicles as there was never a crisis severe enough needing them. The fact these 6x6's exist (& some in Melb & 1 in Sydney) only makes me more curious.

I though the TD5s were bought as part of the grey fleet and done up effectively as PR vehicles or for situations where they needed the look but wanted air-con etc

Anyone know when there will be a WA auctions as I'm very keen to go have a close look at these 110's too decide if I want one. Well I think I already know the answer. But want a close look none the less
