    Military G Wagon

    Military G Wagon - What purpose ?

Saw this in northern WA last August but couldn't work out its purpose.

Actually I passed this vehicle as it didn't seem to be able to go very fast, but I couldn't work out its purpose.

    Any ideas ?

If I told you I'd have to kill you!

By all means get a Defender. If you get a good one, you'll be happy. If you get a bad one, you'll become a philosopher.

    SRV on an admin move.

The vehicle can easily do the legal speed limits.

Can confirm this. Often hard for a 100 series driven like it was stolen to keep up with in the desert. Also able to get airborne without the passenger even realising.

Also an interesting ride sitting in the gunner's seat facing backwards.

    Apparently.

Is the massive roll cage primarily to protect the bloke in the back?
