Ian, if you drop it, what you do, call a crane or a backhoe and bury it?
I all ways wondered how much can cost the damage dropping one at 50 kph or even less.

The general idea is not to drop them Arthur.
I came off at 100 kph a few years back, after a dog took the front wheel out. Bike went down, I came off, bike stood up and carried on for 800 metres before hitting the armco and end for ending into a (dry fortunately) creek. My mates went and retrieved it in the daylight, took some finding apparently and it only suffered minor damage to the luggage rack.

I know Ian, at my age I do not bounce any more if I land on the road, I just stack there and a spade will be required to lift me from the ground

Funny you should mention the weight, I put it over the weighbridge at work last night..........420 kg full of fuel.
