V twins are good, even little ones are a lot of fun...
And I can easily get into trouble with the police with this.

The way I look at it, the old MT01 can still do roughly 230 kph when wound up, which for most, especially on a Nakedbike is way quick enough and way beyond lock up speed for the boys in blue. The main difference is that speed is only reached after pushing hard in every gear and winding it out in top, a late model six speed 1000 cc sports bike is just heading towards third gear at that speed and had reached over 150 kph in just 4 seconds after the red light went out at the traffic lights. Way to easy to end up in jail on a late model big bore sports bike with one exuberant blib of the throttle at the wrong time.

By the way nice Guzzi. ...
    Cheers,

As for not being in the photos, you know the story one can't be in two places at once, plus it's always just about the bikes.

You guys still thinking of coming up this way sometime? If you are then bring your helmet. The H2 is looking great by the way, it's obvious to see that lots of hard work has gone into getting it into that condition, I like the look of those chambers by the way.

For some reason I am having difficulty putting up more than one pic at a time, so responding to your post gives my another excuse to put up another pic. ..

Nice looking bike Terry, the plan was to go to the Super Motard, but I had the fix a couple of things on the BM, we will try to get up there though.

Up close the chambers look a little second hand, I will be replacing them soon with some Higgspeed GP chambers in polished SS.

The H2 is supposed to have a top speed of 210kph, BM is about the same, fast enough I think.
    Cheers Baz.
