Good idea dave perhaps I should try your idea on one drawer and rogers on the other see which helps the most

You'll probably find that one of those solutions just won't have the staying power .................................I'll leave it to you to figure out which one.

Well I dont think either are ideal as I cant imagine the wax sticking and I cant imagine the graphite poweder staying in the channels long enough with the draw pulling in and out..

but hopefully it will help untill I think of something better

Graphite spray lube.
Sprays on like paint,dry instantly.Sticks like paint.
I use it on the mulboard slides and circle slides on my Grader.You can buy it from Volvo(CJD Equipment) or CAT(whoever your Cat dealer is over there).
It a much better product than graphite powder.

Built the drawers they look smick....but the C section just doesn't work...grrrrrr you really have to pull and tiggle to get the thing moving there is just to much friction.

Disapointed as we spent a lot of time on it getting it right.....

Might try the single roller bearing route I picked a couple up today might try it on the smaller draw see how it goes on one piece of C section. *sigh*

Is everything square? If out by a fraction and you have too close of tolerence with the C-section could also be a cause of your issues.
