    Tyres...non 4wd?

I need to replace the tyres on the wife's Mazda 323. Anyone have any suggestions for a good yet cheap brand to put on? Thanks.

    What size?

I get quite a lot of Bridgestone and Supercat tyres fitted for customers at work (the tyre guys I use are Bridgestone dealers).

What do you mean by cheap?

I may get flak but I think tyres are too important to consider cheap, especially on my wife's car.

Considering the km we get out of tyres and what we expect them to do, they aren't that expensive (for cars).

OK...maybe I should ask what are good value tyres. A good set that I don't need to spend a fortune on.

we put Toyo TEO tyres on my other half's lancer, they have been on for 7000km and are pretty much like new, noticeable quieter on the road than the OEM yokohamas too, great all rounders

I've had a good run from Pirelli Dragons - Had 2 sets on the old Dunny Door - good in the wet and dry, and got good KM out of them - not sure what sizes they do, google will know. They aren't too expensive, so they may fit the bill. Take up Boof's suggestion on seeing Roger at your local Tyrepower - Boof has been good to users of this forum, and I don't think you would go wrong taking his advise.

    Cheers - Gav

PS - I have no connections with Tyrepower - Just good feedback and experience from them.
If you need to contact me please email homestarrunnerau@gmail.com - thanks - Gav.

Your right, I bought new tyres for the wife's falcon, was offered tyres from $110, ended up spending $150 a tyre.
Seems if it for the landy, expense has no limit, guys aren't too shy paying big bucks for tyres for their rigs. When it comes to the family car short cuts often are taken. Your family's life may depend on them one day
