went down the same path (not cam belt though) with my daughter's MY03 Liberty. Very quiet forum, but the help I did get was very pleasant and helpful, just a little slow coming.
My flat mate has a 03 Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS which has now done 105,000km and I believe it is due for a cam belt.
I have googled for Subaru Forums but most that have popped up seem to be little used. I would like to ask where I can download service related information so I can change this belt and give the car a decent service.
So can any recommend a reasonably active Australian Subaru Forum or better still a link to servicing information.
Thanks
Garry

I'm on this forum SubaruForester.org - dunno if it's of any help.

Not Australian, but I think there is a section. North American Subaru Impreza Owners Club north American impreza owners, I used to get a lot of info off it. I think MRT (the rally people) have a Subaru forum too
pretty easy, just the boxer layout scares some people off.
if you were closer i;d do it for you, PM me your email and i;ll try send you the timing belt section from the service manual.
100,000km service is pretty much everything.
all fluids, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs, timing belt.

If it is the quad cam EJ25, the interval is I think 150K (?), the 16V SOHC is 100K. Either way, at almost 10 years old I'd be doing it soon.
Yes all fluids (Trans, coolant ,brake fluid etc)top radiator hose, thermostat and all filters, timing belt etc etc I just did one recently that also required a new radiator, $1350 all up.
It is important to use genuine Subaru Coolant, and replace the thermostat too, again genuine only, you have been warned

The Isuzu 110. Solid and as dependable as a rock, coming soon with auto box😊
The Range Rover L322 4.4.TTDV8 ....probably won't bother with the remap..😈
Being 2003 it will be 100,000km interval replacement and should not be a quad cam.
Prices seem on par with dealerships.
Dont normally do thermostat's as part of the service. Plenty of thermostat housing o rings leak though. Just need to bleed it properly, top hose fill the engine first then put it back on and fill the rad. Start and bleed with a funnel, let the fans cycle a few times and all should be good.
