    Fitting aftermarket turbo

This could be for any vehicle. If an aftermarket turbo is fitted to a diesel motor does the fuel supply have to be changed at the injector pump to compensate for more air? I know that petrol motors have to have the correct fuel/air ratio, but what about diesels? Jim

It doesn't have to have the fuel increased, but almost always does for more power and torque.

Diesels run as lean as they want to. They only have issues when getting too rich. They run on the opposite side of the A/F bell curve to petrol engines.
