H.S.V. W1 474KW Supercar released.

At the risk of "Derision" from "The Usual Suspects", whilst there has been plenty of positive stuff in the Press, Motoring Media etc, about this car, several (well to be realistic,.."orders", because none have been delivered yet!), I don't know exactly how many, are changing hands well above the RRP of $169K.
I've seen one at $289K, and the latest, which I've just noticed on AMSC, is for sale at "Offers Over $300K".
I predict they will go much higher.
All of the Holden V8 "Special Editions" "Director", "Motorsport", etc, were presold, and HSV's latest GTSR etc are almost all gone.
With the unavailability of a new Holden V8 as from October this year, I expect any Holden V8, and particularly the last of the VF range, whether HSV or Holden, to hold their value very well.

One of my best mate has ordered the Director version and is eagerly awaiting its delivery later in the year. He chose not to have it delivered to his house in plastic wrapping to preserve it if he chose to store it instead of actually driving it... [biggrin]

He is a very lucky man. I believe these were the first to be sold out.
I've not seen one in the flesh,....maybe you could put up a few pics?

I think it gets delivered in August or September. Will post some pics when he gets it.

A W1 is at this very moment being auctioned. I predict a sale price of $300K+. I will advise the sale price as soon as I'm aware.
