Ooh, someone likes living dangerously.
I took the RR up to Glasshouse mountains on the weekend. It's wet up here (seen the news?) and we had fun. You will notice that I have innapropriate tyres, but with the exception of failing to check the depth of this boghole, I was responsible

Also watch number plate upon entering and leaving. Doh.

Great video :-)
This is where the Hard Range kit and a "Raised Air Intake" would come in very valuable!

WTG, she did it easy!
Nice to see a P38 getting dirty![]()
The RR got new tyres today, after much heartache, I replaced the Cooper XSTs. I didnt want to go the ATRs as I was told that their profile being too high made them technically illegal.
They were $350 each fitted and balanced with a WA done from Redland Bay rd at Capalaba. I hope I didnt pay too much
They fit me in on the spot so I am pleased. I will have to make do with the sub standard off road abilities, as at the moment I prefer safe/quiet/legal/smooth.
if you are serious about getting off road you should get a second set of 16" rims and tyres. It was one of the best decisions I made. A set of 5 late disco Mag rims and second hand 265 70 16 AT tyres cost me $400. They ride so well they are on all the time now and the extra 1 1/2" diff clearance makes all the difference. There are always 2nd hand 265 70 16`s for sale cheaply as they fit so many popular 4x4`s
Wayne, in that pic what height setting is your car at?

you're a braver lad than I am Gunga din!!![]()
I wouldn't drive into a water hole even with my snorkel unless there's no other path. You're risking an engine IMHO.
