There are no fuse or relay positions for heated seats that I can see in the fusebox. The only spares I can see are for the heated windscreen. There are spare slots under the drivers seat for fuses, but there are no metal prongs in those spare slots to hold a fuse.

Are any of the RR in Australia kitted with heated seats? I will look through RAVE.

Fuse 2 is for heated seats

I have found from RAVE that Fuse 2 on the BeCM fusepack is for the heated seats. I can hear a click from somewhere when I push the heated seats button, and I confirmed that power is going to that fuse when the heated seat button is lit. So the wiring from the HEVAC controller to the BeCM is confirmed, only thing left to check is the BeCM to seat wiring.

So I still have the book symbol on my HEVAC even though have replaced the blend motors and I now have a Faultmate. I cant find any faults to clear on the HEVAC in the FM. Any other ideas Paul?

Got me beat Glen. Odd that you get no faults reported through the HEVAC module. Something to do with the heated seats now perhaps?

In the BeCM module, what do you get in the Inputs section for L and R Heated Seats? I don't know if the outstations report on heated seats. On mine, they do complain about not communicating with the memory seats... which my Pov Pack 4.0 does not have.

Could be that the A/Con needs a gas recharge... I've seen that as the reason for the book symbol somewhere on RR.net...
    cheers

Oh, btw, the heated seats work fine. They had broken elements, but in Oz, everything exists (in 2000 MY HSEs anyway) except for the HEVAC switch - amazing.
