    RL2 is Siemens V23134-B52-X127
    YWB 100 12
    12V
    That's the RL2 Relay for the ABS.

    Gday all; currently trawling other help sites and saw somewhere (Landyzone?, rangeroverworld south africa?) that pump relay 2 is a high current double contact 70A, for extra heat dissipation in its 40A circuit. Possibly that is what the "L"on the rover p/no means, also the circuit diagram on the black R2 in Ron's first photo seems to show double contacts. Critical component, and not interchangible with the other yellow 40A relays. A designer's error, not putting the current rating on relay cases. I'll keep looking for a 3rd party equivalent.     I am no auto electrician however I think you are trying to think too much into these relays they are just standard 4 or 5 pin relays ( electrical switches) interchangeable with any of another make with a similar power handling capacity
