    Aussie Desert Cooler for P38

    Hi guys,
For anyone interested here are some pics of my new custom made H/Duty Aussie Desert Cooler.
Cost was $650.00 & I installed with some help from DTP38 along with new waterpump/ serpentine belt/ thermostat. all my hoses were in good condition
so they went back on. Longest part of install was scraping old gasket for water pump off block! New radiator was straight swap for original only needed to drill 2 x holes in top of shroud to mate up to radiator otherwise it would have dropped straight in.
Best news is so far needle is constantly sitting below previous position. It has not got to half way on gauge as yet on any of these hot days we've been having lately with aircon operating & in traffic!
Aussie Desert Coolers are in Thomastown Victoria and specialise in Heavy Duty / Racing Radiators see link below:

Hi Keithy, it is a triple flow and the tubes are about 30mm wide.
Just back from weekend jaunt in wombat, I ran air on whole weekend as it was quite hot here and needle never moved from just below half way on gauge! Best this car has ever been would creep up on warm day even on road so I am pleased with Performance so far

    Hi Hoges,

It is completely Aluminium. It is straight swap for std top & bottom tanks are a bit wider than std. But it still fits straight onto same mounts. I will post up final installed pics soon.
