Thread: Transmission whine ???

Greetings All

Just of late my 95 4.6 p38 transmission is developing a whine when changing from first to second gear Sometimes it a bit louder than other times. It certainly changes smooth enough but i was wondering what this is, presumably
wear and tear. The transmission has done 560,000 km and was rebuilt by Ritters in Melbourne 250,000 km and was serviced 6 months ago The other gear changes are as smooth and sporty as they should be. Is it possible to fix just that problem ?

Any comments or advice would be fantastic.
