Hi
I was thinking of starting a similar thread
I want to give a huge thanks to everyone in this forum for the help they give so freely
Without this forum and rr.net, owing a P38 would be much more expensive and painful
Regards
Steve
Guys and gals,
Ive been on a Facebook P38 page and they sure ask a lot of maintenance questions.
What I realised is that every answer they were looking for is here in this forum (and so directed them).
Just wanted to share that with you all what a great bunch of P38'ers you all are![]()

Well said, couldn't agree more!
One of the big reasons I own a P38 is the great contributions on this forum, and rangerovers.net
P38's can be tempremental beasts when they want to, but you can't imagine driving anything else. Ok, maybe a L322![]()
I'll third that! I reckon I only have to post a question for 1 of of every 10 things I want to know as most of the answers are already here.![]()
To right, I owe a lot to many on this forum too. Hopefully I can buy some of you a Tokay... (hey, it's an attained level of sophistication, they're not hiluxes)
(I think ive been kicked of the bookface page, they don't appear in my news feeds anymore)
By the way, all that is being changed. Twitter youtube and bookface are being combined, it'll be called youtwitface.
Thanks all.
Thats it - now I know why I dont bother with any of them.
Well I have to agree with most of the comments, P38 ownership would be impossibly expensive and frustrating without this and other similar forum. There`s always instant help and knowledgeable advise from like-minded addicts on AULRO. Unlike others I also find Youtube an incredible resource and have learnt so much from the video tutorials posted on a myriad of random topics including many on the P38. That along with every song I could ever want to listen to gives it a massive thumbs up from me. Long live the Forum and Youtube
It really is a fantastic place to seek help and forum members are very quick with help and suggestions, as usually someone has had the same problem and knows the answer.
It's also good if you can give help to another member, gives real satisfaction.
John
