On that note, would it be a good idea to fit a battery isolator to the main battery when parking long term? It's easier than removing battery leads in an airport car park and would also double as an extra anti-theft device!

I'm on vacation at present. Left mine with the eas isolated. Will be interesting to see how far it has dropped after 11 days. Should have recorded each of the pressures and the battery voltage.

I've left mine 3 weeks at Sydney domestic terminal, got back started first go, it levelled slightly and off I went

Agreed, I have left mine for weeks at a time either parked at airports, in my driveway, or an underground car park at a unit I used to have in Sydney and rarely had any issues with EAS or radio interference.

Must admit. I have every confidence in the old gal. Very sad to admit, but I've missed her. Perhaps more than the dog!

I leave mine for weeks at a time and it always starts first go. The P38a really is a good vehicle when maintained.

I just bought my P38 a couple of weeks ago so I am constantly learning and am not sure what all this means. Can someone clarify for me;

If you leave a P38 for a long period (i.e. a week) the electronics etc will drain the battery?
And
If it is left, the air suspension will lower in height and then not want to re-inflate?

I went away for a week last week and my battery was completely flat when I got home. Apparently all the lights turned on the first night for couple of minutes and then went out again. Someone I have spoken to said that the battery was stuffed and not holding charge, so as it dropped to a certain voltage, the computers had a 'spack attack' and then disarmed the engine. When we got home and I put a new battery in, I had to enter the Emergency Access Code (what a process that was) and then could start the engine.

Is my battery going to constantly drain if left for periods without driving it?
