    Seeking P38A parts

As a new member, I am looking for the following used parts for my 1999 P38A.

    Left headlight
Small cover panel below clock on dashboard
Lid for Glovebox between the front seats

Any advice on where I can get these at a reasonable price would be appreciated.

Try a breakers. Matar motors on thomastown usually have what you're looking for and on parts like that, postage should be reasonable. Cheers. Let me know if Google let's you down.

    HI

I have dealt with Matar as well as Jaguar Prestige Spares and Land Vehicle Spares, all have been good.

Richard Landy Nut Holden is on facebook(aulro) and ebay wrecking a P38 at the moment

I too have dealt with Matar Motors. Was an easy experience. Bought a bull bar off him for a price I was very happy with and the freight to Brisbane I was really happy with - only $100

There's a couple of different lids. HSEs had a lid which pivots 180deg to become a surprising ineffective cup holder.

    Hi

Yes perfect positioning for a cup of coffee to be knocked over

Oh yes and the holes are too small for some cups

I've noticed.and I wish that others who have borrowed the car who have told me when the return it with coffee, soft drink etc all over the console had made the observation as well

It's in a very bad spot for spillage. There would have been dozens of window switch packs replaced due to Coke getting into them.

+1 on the Matar, and also Linn Rover in Perth.

The guys at Jag Prestige Spares in Ringwood Melb are great.
So are the guys in British Four Wheel Drive in Hobart, very fast delivery and good advise, but mostly new parts from there?
