Unfortunately a different part between D2 (DA6063) and p38 (STC3204)
Gary
Does anyone here know if a P38 and a D2 share the same CV Joint. My son LRDan busted one yesterday. As his job takes him away for the next two weeks I am going to try to source one for him.
Dave.
I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."
1983 RR gone (wish I kept it)
1996 TDI ES.
2003 TD5 HSE
1987 Isuzu County

Thanks Gary. Any one know of one been wrecked in the Eastern side of Australia or the best place to get new?
I am well sourced on where to get stuff for my Disco's but LRDan has only recently purchased the P38 so still finding our way with it.

Ritters had good second hand ones last time we needed one. (4mths ago)
Or Roverland.
Get one from the UK, they are so cheap that even with shipping it should be less than $100

I disagree about the "Chinese junk" thing... Quite a lot of cheap stuff from over there for our Rangie's are quite good quality!
So how can you tell the quality of a cheap CV?

Word of mouth is generally the way to go. Not sure how many on here who've done CV's from memory, not sure where they sourced theirs from!
Cheers
