    Is it a good idea ?

    When overhauling a valve block with new o rings etc, is it a good idea to put in a new pressure switch at the same time ?

    Reason I ask is because when The Bitch goes into fault mode and I clear it, the Nanacom tells me that the pressure switch is staying open.

    One other question : Can you replace height sensors one at a time or do they need to be done in pairs or all four at the same time.

    The height sensors can be done one at a time. They're pretty good these days and you may get away without calibrating the EAS, but I'd check regardless.

    Assume you've done the storey wilson open/closed check on the pressure switch (you tube it). They tend to be pretty reliable, but no harm in having peace of mind with a new one, given you're showing The Bitch some love.

    Never heard of the Storey Wilson pressure check thingy. I will try to find it.

    If it's not been done before on the vehicle, rather than purchase new height sensors, just switch them L<->R. They are simply a variable resistor with contact "fingers" running on tracks inside the sealed "elbow". The tracks extend through about 270 deg but only a third at most is used. Swapping the sensors side to side means the fingers run on new track sections. "Good as new"!
    Hint: use a plier or whatever to ease/squeeze the sensor arm out of the rubber block which is vulcanised to the control arm. Try not to put lateral pressure on the rubber block when removing the sensor arm... this can cause it to shear off the control arm and then you need some very tricky sticky to replace it...

    I wont touch the sensors yet untill I do the valve block.
    I'm not sure that additional problem indicated by the Nanacom is a problem with sensor or block.
    One thing at a time and better to ask first and beforehand, eh.
