    diagnostic scanner plug

    I have purchased a scanner for my 2001 hse and cannot locate the 'plug-in'

    the instructions suggest the steering column but no joy

    any ideas

    I found the plug in my 98 model under the glove box down low

    Yeah if you're talking about the female OBDII plug, it's in the passenger foot well, by the transmission tunnel.

    The instructions are probably for a LHD model.

    Make sure it is dry before you plug in, as they suffer from condensate moisture where they are positioned. Also the two connectors left of the passenger left foot on RHD models can also get tarnished.
