Overlooked Updating - Apologies
Ok, the problem was the Crank Angle Sensor and the Air Flow Meter.
Since repairing, engine running almost angelically.
Now as for upgrade, sigh, swaying more towards the 2010 plus sports models.
Tending to veer in the 276-291Kw engines, my thoughts are the 375Kw will be a tad thirsty.
And I did look at the D4, but excluding the smaller engine, the RR suspension comes across to me as still superior (from what I have witnessed in the field).

Glad you got it sorted Paul, these things can be very annoying, but it's sweet when you get it sorted and it's running like a dream again!

Glad the CPS was the issue mate, it seems they do fail in weird ways sometimes !
