yep, its cheaper too. Get a speedy sleeve on the harmonic ballancer seal face.

G'day guys,
The car is a 99 P38 4.0
I have had an oil leak at the front engine seal since I have had the car. we replaced the seal which slowed the leak down a bit but I'd like to cure it. The problem seems to be that the seal surface on the harmonic balancer is damaged. What I need to know is:
Are there aftermarket suppliers for the harmonic balancer? I will be checking the price from the dealers tomorrow.
or
Andy, perhaps you could PM me with a price for a good used one?
or
Maybe there is a different solution to the problem?

They are a very thin cylinder of hardened steel, that you knock/press over the existing seal face with a supplied dolly. They replace the grooved/damaged seal face with a fresh new flat surface for the seal to sit on.

I think this is the very same problem on my 99. Btw, where is the best place to pickup these speedy sleeves? Would Repco or Bursons etc. be likely to stock it?
A bearing/seal supplier is your best bet. CBC Bearings for example.
