    I was down to 90-100 within a few minutes of getting home, then took Little Scouse down to the park.

    You don't have a wireless cycle computer that could be interfering with it.

    Just noticed your HRM thread, I would say the crane sports one would be an older style analog HRM which were not that reliable when it came to interference from other electrical devices or static electricity.

    I have a cycle computer but it's not a wireless type. I'll leave it off for Monday's ride & see what difference it makes.
