Thanks for all your feedback guys. I decided to just replace the clutch so I know "for sure" that everything is up to standard. I bought the HD clutch kit and a new HD reinforced clutch release arm. Should keep me going!

The LT77s and LT230 have been ordered from Ashcroft's in the UK. I got the upgraded sleeved casing and HD crosspin options for the LT230. They should have them built for me early this week.

A short video from my Sundown National Park trip a few months back where my rear spring unseated. I've since installed some APT rear dislocation cones to stop it happening again.

I love Sundown NP. Great spot to get away and explore. Still keen to return there to find out where or how far the track follows the river past rats castle

Sundown is an awesome spot, I was down there again just a fortnight ago. Might be time for another weekender with a few forum members?

Finally got my car back together today. New bearings and disc rotors all round. Just need to shim up the cv.
