Thread: Recycled trampoline frame turned into tree sliders...

My first post on this site (apart from a couple of wanted ads). I bought myself a '93 defender 110 a few months ago and have been slowly working to make it look a bit more presentable on and off road. Few cosmetics, such as diy chequer plate on the wings to cover over the dents and chequer plate on the rear panels behind the rear wheels to cover some more dents.

My latest project is turning an old rectangular metal trampoline frame into a set of tree sliders after removing the slightly dented side panels under the drivers and passengers doors. Thought I would post a couple of photos of the chequer plate and the tree sliders.
