    Mulgo ExBox Install

Installation was rather straight forward, the instruction could be in colour or supply a PDF on Mulgo's web site to make it easier.
Once I removed all the electrical connections from the old location, I had to remove a clip or 2 under the truck to allow the looms to reach the new location. The factory grommets are 2 sizes which do not match the holes in the ExBox, one of the holes I had to file to increase from 60mm to 69mm.
The large brown cable in the shroud (no idea what its from) I had to drill a hole in the ExBox for it's grommet. So all the cables & electrics from under the seat are in the ExBox.
As I have nothing else in the ExBox I'm happy to leave the spaghetti for now.

The plastic fuse box was suppose to be mounted straight onto the back section & use the supplied spacer. I was not happy with the way the wires were forced down to the base of the box.
So where the rear fixings are I put 25mm spacers & the front one is 60mm, the 60mm spacer made the fuse box level in in the box. One of the images hows this, as you can see the wires are up of the base of the box.

    Install took 3 hours

    Cheers
    Dave
