I almost bought another project this week but just missed out. Something to fill in the time when the Rangie is finished.
It was a 1974 Alfa 2000 GT Veloce. Fantastic engine and gearbox in those things, just a pity they had never heard of rust prevention.
The best description of this problem was by a motoring scribe whose name I forget: "they rust as if they were ashamed to exist".Quote:
