Following this thread with interest. A fine job you are doing. Having done all this work I am interested on your opinion. If 4" longer doors were not too hard to make, would that make for an easier conversion to what you have done considering you still have to extend the roof as well as the floor. I am just wondering how hard it would be to add length to the doors frame and then re-skin the outside. I don't know if laminated glass for doors complies with ADR's but that would be easy to have cut. I would love to stretch my single cab 130 but I don't like the idea of sitting back behind the door pillar. Would look like there is no-one driving the vehicle and I imagine it would have some impact on visibility.
All happening slowly, tray has been blasted and painted, at the Sheet joint now getting the alloy roof made, been running lines
