So now we know JD - you aren't really an "enthusiast" by their definitions

Fair enough on their part really - they specialise in insuring toys, not work vehicles. HOWEVER they do insure race cars used for racing!

I have always gotten quotes from them and find them friendly, however I have found Suncorp and DGA cheaper consistently, so have gone with them.

    Shannons

By far the best insurance company I have dealt with, yes all my S1's are with them, So is my work Defender at agreed value and much better rate than any of the so called big companies that I tried.
House contents is also with them and when last year we suffered a very high voltage power spike, frying all manner of items we just submitted a list of items and they payed up no problems.
(I do not work for Shannons)

At the Gympie swap yesterday [bit of dissapointment as no Landy stuff at all] there was a fellow offering classic car insurance etc, much like Shannons. They are called Ryno Insurance.
Anyone heard of or dealt with them?
