Thread: 80" ?49 is it worth it?

I would snap it up. Mine is slightly older (Sept 49) and i paid only a few hundred but bulkhead is shot and engine is non original and headlight panel has been changed to a later model. Go for it.

I did get it, but it is badly rusted

I also picked up a parts car on the West Coast for a carton!
(its a 53) neither have front panels .. neither have correct grille panel

its here and one day I'll collect enough bits to get it up and running.

I'd truely love a running 80"....
