    Found about 20+ S1's!

    wheels 002.jpg

    wheels 006.jpg

Found these yesterday near Mount Warning, The owner is going to call me when he gets back (a week or two).
They were all to be crushed!!
Mainly s1's but a few 2's mainly very rough but complete running gear/engines 'boxes etc All firewalls rotten but many good Chassis, loads of good doors and swb rear tubs
I will try to talk the owner into sorting them out and possibly ebay them for him, there is definatly way too much good stuff to crush.
Owners mum is a nice old bird but wants rid!
Pm me with any interest and I will get more info when contacted by the owner
    Dave
Also noticed a few of them had the Lucas wiper motors on them (they are rare right?)

    Amazing find!
Well done with trying to save what's possible.
I was recently visiting my brother in Tweed Heads and I was surprised by the amount of series Land Rovers on the road- some in amazing original condition too.
Obviously, they were a popular and well used vehicle in the region.

The one on the right seems to have some army features- military guards and extended spring hangers

There are also some soft-top hood sticks that are sought after.

I can't afford one which is a shame because I'd LOVE one.
Glad to see you looking after their best interests though !

Appreciate the excitement, but they are well known, and there is little there restorable.

Both myself and the Ho Hars have vehicles from there.

It is good for searching for Parts though.

I think that the "excitement" value here is that they are destined for the crusher- not that someone has posted about something that is well known to you.

Looking for aluminium radiator support panel or front guards that are straighter than mine for a 54 86 that I am resurrecting. Interested if you Ebay them or need to know general interest.
    Thanks Brendan
