    Dizzy Dramas

    Hi Guys, I have a very straight '53 with original engine and drivetrain. The dizzy is Lucas DVXH4A as fitted to '52-'53 2-litre siamese-bore engines.
    Does anyone know how to remove the vac.advance unit? the knurled adjuster screws easily over the advance/retard range but no further. See pic.attached to "Dizzy Woes" in Technical Chatter forum. Does it look stock standard to you? Reason for removal is to have diaphragm refurbished. Hoping someone can help,
