Thread: Series 1 with 200tdi or 300tdi in victoria

Here are some quick pics of the engine bay.
I used the intake manifold off a 2 1/4 diesel I had here.
Engine mounts are series that bolt straight up to the original chassis mounts.
Engine sits at about the same height so the winch shaft lined up without much problem. I guess an 86" would be the same.
With the one I am doing now , it sits a lot higher. Right under the bonnet. This is caused by keeping the LT77 and crossmember clearance.
