    Despite the 2/2a/3 bumper, I think it is a Series 1 80" chassis. The front dumbirons don't look right for a later model, and the wheelbase looks like 80". The low hanging fuel tank fits that as well.

    OP asked if it was maybe a LR one off. Given the ad says "steel body" that seems rather unlikely.

    A Google image search throws up the picture below.
    Land Rover: 1950 Series 1, APA Lightweight. Only 16 produced for MOD for use in Korea.

    Maybe someone was trying to create something similar ??

    The search threw up Lightweight's, an Alfa Romeo AR51, Fiat Campagnola......all 'similar' but different.

    A few years ago some crowd in WA were selling surplus Steel Tailgates.
