    Smile Scallop's Series 1!

    Hello Folks,

    I've joined the club! I've just, this morning, bought this lovely 1956 88 inch Series 1!



    I pick her up on Sunday. It has new seats and wiring, chassis rust free. Very minor firewall rust. She's currently club registered, so I'll be bringing her home on a trailer.

    It is 100% original. 2 litre Petrol engine.

    Once I have her, I'll post up some extra pics. We have christened her "Matilda".

    Thanks guys - the plans for Matilda are to take her in sickness, and in health, to love and cherish her, for the remainder of our natural lives.

    And on top of that, we will get her road registered and use her as a once per week fun mobile.

    Actually, Matilda is really Kat Woman's truck. But I'm sure she'll let me drive it too.
